Hello and thanks for visiting this page. Over the past 6 mths, I have been revamping my site pages using Dreamweaver 8, and more or less learning as I go along....And this page is the first attempt so bear with me LOL
Briefly about myself: I was born in Australia, New South Wales, Sydney, March 1948. I began singing in bands when i was about 18 yrs old though had begun vocalising at a much earlier age during my school years while in the school choir. I was married from 1973-2000 and have two beautiful daughters as a result of this union. in 1983 my health began to mysteriously deteriorate as I began to suffer unexplainable symptoms of a then very rare condition (severe pseudo hyper-parathyroid syndrome, otherwise known as parathyroidism which is a malfunction of the 4 parathyroid glands in the neck). Cured of the illness in 1997 and under ongoing specialist supervision, my mobility has become somewhat limited due to pain and joint damage caused by the long illness. Thankfully, this disability does not prevent me from enjoying the music (which has been a greater part of my life since 1966), whenever an opportunity arises now and then.
Retired from the workforce since 2003 due to redundancy and health problems, I now enjoy doing all the things I had no time to do when I was working full time, and that also involves everything to do with being a mother and rocking grandma. lol
